Overview of Requests of Individuals and Legal Entities

Analysis of appeals from individuals and legal entities received by JSC "O‘zmilliybank" as of December 30, 2025.

As of December 30, 2025, JSC "O‘zmilliybank" received 2,766 applications. Of these, 2,071 appeals were received through the virtual reception of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 52 through the Tadbirkor Virtual Office information portal, 114 through the hotline of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 20 through the Federation of Trade Unions, 509 received directly by JSC National Bank, as well as through ministries and departments.

Application form:

• 356 written;

• 2,257 received electronically;

• 153 in oral form. Applicants by category:

• 2,431 individuals;

• 335 legal entities.

Analysis of the results of the study of appeals:

• 1,322 of them were satisfied;

• 1,312 applicants have been provided with legal explanations;

• 55 of them are not subject to review (According to Articles 29-30, Law No. 445);

• 20 applications were rejected (According to Article 29, Law No. 445).

Regional analysis (regions from which the largest number of requests came):

• Tashkent city – 592 requests, 21.4% of the total number of requests;

• Samarkand region – 240 requests, 8.7% of the total number of requests;

• Tashkent region – 231 appeals, 8.4% of the total number of appeals;

• Navoi region – 226 requests, 8.2% of the total number of requests;

• Surkhandarya region – 221 appeals, 7.2 % of the total number of appeals;

• Ferghana region - 198 requests, 7.2% of the total number of requests;

• Jizzakh region – 172 applications, 6.2% of the total number of applications;

• Kashkadarya region – 163 applications, 5.9% of the total number of applications;

• Bukhara region – 163 applications, 5.9% of the total number of applications;

• Namangan region – 154 requests, 5.6% of the total number of requests;

• Khorezm region – 121 appeals, 4.4% of the total number of appeals;

• Republic of Karakalpakstan – 104 applications, 3.8% of the total number of applications;

• Andijan region – 91 appeals, 3.3% of the total number of appeals;

• Syrdarya region – 90 applications, 3.3% of the total number of applications.
