Overview of Requests of Individuals and Legal Entities

Analysis of appeals of individuals and legal entities received by NBU as of June 1, 2022.

As of June 1, 2022, the NBU received 714 applications. Of these, 566 appeals were received through the virtual reception of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 38 through the virtual reception of the Prime Minister, 45 appeals through the hotline of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 4 came through the portal of the Federation of Trade Unions and 55 came directly to NBU, as well as through ministries and departments.

Form of Requests:

  • 55 written ones;

  • 659 electronic ones.

Category of applicants who sent the requests:

  • 550 individuals;

  • 164 legal entities.

Analysis of the results upon the review of requests:

  • 579 applicants have been given legal explanations;

  • 48 of them were satisfied;

  • 32 of them are not subject to overview (sent repeatedly, addresses or details were changed);

  • 7 requests were rejected;

Analysis according to the regions (regions from which the highest number of requests was received):

  • 1. Tashkent – 77 requests, 10.8% of the total number of requests;

  • 2. Samarkand region – 73 requests, 10.2% of the total number of requests;

  • 3. Fergana region – 66 requests, 9.2% of the total number of requests

  • 4. Kashkadarya region – 64 requests, 9.0% of the total number of requests.

  • 5. Namangan region – 63 requests, 8.8% of the total number of requests;

  • 6. Surkhandarya region – 55 requests, 7.7% of the total number of requests;

  • 7. Tashkent region 34 requests, 7.5% of the total number of requests.
