Overview of Requests of Individuals and Legal Entities

Analysis of appeals from individuals and legal entities received by JSC "National Bank" on May 1, 2026.

As of May 1, 2026, JSC "National Bank" received 1,010 applications. Of these, 813 applications were received through the virtual reception of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 12 were received through the Tadbirkor Virtual Office information portal, 27 were received through the hotline of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 7 were received through the Federation of Trade Unions, 151 were received directly by JSC National Bank, as well as through ministries and departments.

• 123 written;

• 859 received electronically;

• 28 in oral form.

Applicants by category:

• 950 individuals;

• 60 legal entities.

Analysis of the results of the study of appeals:

• 385 of them were satisfied;

• 518 applicants have been provided with legal explanations;

• 39 of them are not subject to review (According to Articles 29-30, Law No. 445);

• 25 applications were rejected (According to Article 29, RF Law No. 445).

• Tashkent city – 228 requests, 22.6% of the total number of requests;

• Tashkent region – 87 requests, 8.6% of the total number of requests;

• Jizzakh region – 82 applications, 8.1% of the total number of applications;

• Surkhandarya region – 80 applications, 7.9% of the total number of applications;

• Namangan region – 70 applications, 6.9% of the total number of applications;

• Samarkand region – 67 requests, 6.6% of the total number of requests;

• Ferghana region – 66 requests, 6.5% of the total number of requests;

• Navoi region – 61 applications, 6.0% of the total number of applications;

• Andijan region – 56 requests, 5.5% of the total number of requests;

• Khorezm region – 54 applications, 5.3% of the total number of applications;

• Bukhara region – 45 appeals, 4.5% of the total number of appeals;

• Republic of Karakalpakstan – 43 applications, 4.3% of the total number of applications;

• Kashkadarya region – 37 applications, 3.7% of the total number of applications;

• Syrdarya region – 34 applications, 3.4% of the total number of applications.
