How can I contact the concierge service?

Using Visa Concierge chatbot in one of the messengers (Telegram, Viber, Whatsapp) you can contact 24/7 Concierge Service from anywhere in the world.

When does the insurance become effective?

When traveling abroad, your insurance will start automatically if before you start your trip:

- you have paid for the round-trip tickets with a premium Visa card.

- you have booked and paid for accommodation with a premium Visa card

- you have paid for both tickets and accommodation before the trip with a premium Visa card.

When traveling in the country of permanent residence, your insurance will start automatically if you have pre-booked accommodation for at least 2 nights at a distance of at least 100 km from home with your Visa premium card before the start of the trip.

Please note, in order for the insurance to take effect, payment for transportation and/or accommodation must be made with your Visa premium card (and the name on the card must match the name on the tickets and/or accommodation booking).

How can I use the free baggage packing service at Tashkent airport?

To pack your baggage for free, you need to:

- go to the baggage packing counter, which is located on the second floor of Tashkent International Airport in the departure area (the packing point is located next to the entrance on the left side, in the corner),

- and present your Visa Infinite premium card to the employee and inform them that you want to use the service.

- Upon presentation, the card will be checked for the availability of the number of free packs using a validation terminal.
The service is available to Visa Infinite cardholders 6 times a year.

How can I use a free access to the CIP lounge for waiting for my flight at Tashkent airport?

- Go to the counter of the CIP lounge at Tashkent International Airport named after Islam Karimov

- present your Visa Infinite premium card to the employee and inform them that you want to use the service.

- Upon presentation, the card will be checked for the availability of the number of free passes using a validation terminal. If the card is active and free passes are available, a desk employee will provide the service for free.
During the calendar year, the service will be available to Visa Infinite premium cardholders 10 times a year.

How can I order a free transfer from Tashkent airport?

- Go to the Taxi Airport Tashkent counter, located in the arrival terminal of Tashkent International Airport named after Islam Karimov

- present your Visa Infinite premium card to the employee and inform them that you want to use the service of free transfer.

- Upon presentation, the card will be checked for the availability of the number of services using a validation terminal. If the card is active and free transfers are available, a desk employee will provide the service for free. If not, you can make payment and get a transfer.

To unblock the card, you must contact the bank branch where the card was opened  with your identity document.

SMS notification for the Uzcard card can be activated through an ATM. SMS notification for the Humo card is activated through the bank branch where the card was opened.

You can order all cards in national and foreign currency remotely using the Milliy App.

If you have forgotten your card PIN, please come with your identity document to the bank where the card was opened.

If you the card (UzCard/HUMO) is lost, you can block it yourself using the Milliy Bank App or call (78) 148-00 10 and ask the operators to block the card.

The identification procedure is carried out remotely, directly in the Milliy application itself. To do this, on the main screen in the application, click on the icon in the upper left corner, and then select the “Identification” option from the menu and go through all its stages.

To change the phone number registered in the Milliy App, please come to the NBU branch which is convenient for you with your identity document.

Currently, the NBU offers the following international money transfers: Western Union, MoneyGram, KoronaPay, Asia Express, Contact, Swift.

Users of the Milliy Mobile App can receive transfers from Russia using the Sberbank Online service to an electronic wallet in national currency, to an UzCard or HUMO card of the NBU.

The transfer is made in rubles. Upon receipt on an electronic wallet or card, it is automatically converted into UZS. No additional fees are charged.

Visa Direct is a service for money transfer using the Milliy Mobile App to more than 50 countries of the world, including Visa cards of Uzbekistan banks.
