The President of Uzbekistan met with the State Council Premier of the PRC
On August 20, The President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov in the framework of the state visit to the People's Republic of China, met with Premier of the State Council of China Li Keqiang.
At the meeting it was noted that the current visit of the President Islam Karimov, will contribute to further strengthening and development of cooperation between our countries, will give a new impetus to the consistent expansion of strategic partnerships.
At the meeting it was emphasized that Uzbekistan and China have great potential for serial expansion of mutually beneficial cooperation and the current state visit of President Islam Karimov opens new opportunities.
The parties exchanged opinions on the issues of implementation achieved at the highest level agreements, comprehensive development and strengthening of cooperation in trade-economic, investment, cultural-humanitarian spheres.
State visit of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov to China, thanks to its political and economic results, as well as a high level of human relations, will have an important place in the history of cooperation between our countries and raise it to a new level.
