Enterprises of Printing Industry of Uzbekistan made products to amount of 228 billion soums

In January-May of this year the printing industry enterprises produced products to 228 billion soums, which amounted to 124.4% of the corresponding period of the previous year.
Compared to the last year, large industrial enterprises of the republic have significantly increased the production of types of printing products such as labels, calendars, booklets, books - magazine products, paper products, school exercise books.
At the same time total production of newspaper products for the past year amounted 117%.
It is reported by the State Statistics Committee Information Service.
