O'zbekiston garov reyestri faoliyati "Doing Business – 2016" hisobotida "Kredit olish" indikatori bo'yicha 63 pog'ona ko'tarildi.

   Mamlakatimizda Markaziy bank huzuridagi «Garov reyestri»  DUK faoliyatini  xalqaro tajribalar asosida yanada rivojlantirish uchun Xalqaro moliya korporatsiyasi  bilan Hamkorlik kelishuvi imzolangan bo'lib, hozirgi paytda ana shu kelishuv doirasida garov reyestrining avzalliklari va imtiyozlarini targ'ib qilish bo'yicha chora-tadbirlar amalga oshirilmoqda. Bundan tashqari, mamlakatimizda garov reyestri faoliyatini tartibga soluvchi normativ-huquqiy hujjatlarni takomillashtirish yuzasidan ham  ishlar olib borilmoqda.

   Reyestr - har bir yuridik yoki jismoniy shaxs bilan tuziladigan shartnoma asosida ma'lumot  kiritish uchun garov reyestriga kirish, shuningdek, undan real vaqt rejimida, shu jumladan, internet axborot tarmog'i orqali foydalanish imkoniyatini beruvchi manbaa hisoblanadi. Mutaxassislarning fikricha,  bu yil  garov reyestri foydalanuvchilariga yozuvlarni kiritish va garov reyestri bilan ishlashda yanada qulayliklar yaratish maqsadida dasturiy ta'minotlarni ishlab chiqish  ko'zda tutilmoqda.

   Shuningdek,  «Garov reyestri»  DUK rasmiy saytidagi («garov.uz») ma'lumotlar bazasi yanada kengaytirilishi, bu esa o'z navbatida undan foydalanuvchilar sonining  ortishiga xizmat qiladi. Qolaversa, garov reyestri foydalanuvchilariga yozuvlarni kiritish va garov reyestri bilan ishlashda yanada qulayliklar yaratish uchun dasturiy ta'minotlar yaratiladi. Ma'lumotlarga ko'ra,  o'tgan yil davomida 17 ta foydalanuvchi baza ro'yxatidan o'tkazildi va ularning soni 132 taga yetdi.

   Bugungi kunda barcha tijorat banklari, mikrokredit tashkilotlari va lombardlar, shuningdek, boshqa korxona va tashkilotlar hamda jismoniy shaxslar garov reyestri xizmatlaridan foydalanishmoqda. Markaziy bankning  ma'lum qilishicha, 2015-yilda  foydalanuvchilar tomonidan garov reyestriga 118 mingdan ziyod yozuvlar kiritilib ularning qariyb 14 mingtasiga o'zgartirishlar kiritilgan. Garov majburiyatlari bajarilgandan so'ng 27 mingga yaqin yozuv garov reyestridan chiqarilgan.

   Shuningdek, foydalanuvchilarga yozuvlar bo'yicha garov reyestridan 1,7 mingdan ortiq ko'chirmalar taqdim etilgan. Natijada, 2015-yil davomida garov reyestriga ta'minot sifatida qabul qilingan 318,5 mingta mol-mulkka nisbatan kreditorlarning huquqlari to'g'risida yozuvlar kiritildi. Qayd etish lozimki, Xalqaro moliya korporatsiyasining ekspertlari tomonidan O'zbekistonda garov reyestrini rivojlantirish bo'yicha erishilgan natijalar yuqori baholandi hamda ushbu ijobiy o'zgarishlar Jahon bankining «Doing Business – 2016» hisobotida mamlakatimiz «Kredit olish» indikatori bo'yicha 63 pog'ona ko'tarilishiga asosiy omil bo'ldi.

To unblock the card, you must contact the bank branch where the card was opened  with your identity document.
SMS notification for the Uzcard card can be activated through an ATM. SMS notification for the Humo card is activated through the bank branch where the card was opened.
You can order all cards in national and foreign currency remotely using the Milliy App.
  • If you have forgotten your card PIN, please come with your identity document to the bank where the card was opened.
  • If you the card (UzCard/HUMO) is lost, you can block it yourself using the Milliy Bank App or call (78) 148-00 10 and ask the operators to block the card.
The identification procedure is carried out remotely, directly in the Milliy application itself. To do this, on the main screen in the application, click on the photo_2023-04-28_11-16-22.jpg icon in the upper left corner, and then select the “Identification” option from the menu and go through all its stages.

Currently, the NBU offers the following international money transfers: Western Union, MoneyGram, KoronaPay, Asia Express, Contact, Unistream, Swift, as well as Sberbank.
Users of the Milliy Mobile App can receive transfers from Russia using the Sberbank Online service to an electronic wallet in national currency, to an UzCard or HUMO card of the NBU.

The transfer is made in rubles. Upon receipt on an electronic wallet or card, it is automatically converted into UZS. No additional fees are charged.
  • Visa Direct is a service for money transfer using the Milliy Mobile App to more than 50 countries of the world, including Visa cards of Uzbekistan banks.
