“Mikrokredit” – qarz oluvchiga tadbirkorlik faoliyatini amalga oshirish uchun foizlilik, muddatlilik, qaytarilish, ta’minlanganlik va maqsadli foydalanish shartlari asosida, kredit buyurtmasi berilgan vaqtdagi eng kam ish haqi miqdorining ming baravaridan oshmaydigan hajmda, 5 yilgacha muddatga beriladigan pul mablag‘lari.

Yuridik shaxs maqomini olmagan tadbirkorlik subyektlari bankning o‘z mablag‘lari hisobidan beriladigan mikrokreditlarni olish uchun bankka quyidagi hujjatlarni taqdim etadilar:

  • kredit olish uchun muayyan shaklda yozilgan buyurtmanoma;
  • olinayotgan kreditdan qanday maqsadlarda foydalanilishi majburiy tartibda ko‘rsatilgan hamda pul oqimi prognozining tahlili berilgan biznes-reja;
  • yakka tartibdagi tadbirkor yoki dehqon xo‘jaligining rahbari o‘z pasportini taqdim etadi. Bu pasport nusxasi kredit yig‘majildiga tikib qo‘yiladi;
  • kredit qaytarilishi ta’minotiga doir hujjatlar hamda qarz so‘rovchini kompleks tahlil qilish uchun zarur boshqa hujjatlar.

Yuridik shaxs maqomini olgan tadbirkorlik subyektlari mikrokredit olish uchun bankka quyidagi hujjatlarni taqdim etadilar:

  • kredit buyurtmanomasi;
  • pul oqimi prognozining tahlili majburiy tartibda ko‘rsatilgan biznes-reja;
  • oxirgi hisobot davri uchun tuzilgan, Davlat soliq xizmatining mahalliy (tuman) organi tomonidan qabul qilingan buxgalteriya balansi (1-shakl) hamda debitorlik va kreditorlik qarzlari to‘g‘risida ma’lumotnoma (2a shakl), shuningdek 90 kundan ortiq qarzdorlik bor-yo‘qligini taqqoslash dalolatnomalari, moliyaviy natijalar to‘g‘risida hisobot (2-shakl). 2-shakldagi hisobotni dehqon xo‘jaliklari topshirmaydi;
  • kredit qaytarilishi ta’minotiga doir hujjatlar;
  • yuridik shaxsning ustavi, boshqa ta’sis hujjatlari, shuningdek Qarz oluvchi, Garov qo‘yuvchi, Kafil va shu kabilar vakili bo‘lgan shaxsning vakolatlarini tasdiqlovchi hujjatlar;
  • kredit o‘zini oqlashi hisob-kitobini chiqarish hamda kredit berish maqsadga qanchalik muvofiqligi haqida qaror qabul qilish uchun Bankka zarur bo‘ladigan boshqa qo‘shimcha hujjatlar.

Budjetdan tashqari fondlarning mablag‘lari hisobidan beriladigan mikrokreditlarni olish uchun tadbirkorlik subyektlari O‘zR Adliya vazirligida 21.02.2006 yilda 1548-son bilan ro‘yxatga olingan “Tijorat banklari tomonidan kichik biznes subyektlariga budjetdan tashqari jamg‘armalar va Mikrokreditbank kredit liniyalari hisobidan mikrokreditlar berish tartibi to‘g‘risida nizom”ga muvofiq hujjatlarni topshiradilar.

Milliy valutadagi mikrokreditlar naqd shaklda ham, naqdsiz shaklda ham berilishi mumkin:

  • tovar-moddiy boyliklar uchun qarz oluvchining to‘lov topshiriqnomalari summalarini kredit hisobvarag‘idan naqdsiz to‘lash yo‘li bilan;
  • yakka tartibdagi tadbirkorlar, dehqon xo‘jaliklari va fermer xo‘jaliklariga aholidan qoramol, parranda, urug‘lik va ko‘chatlar sotib olish uchun mikrokredit summasining 50%gacha miqdorida naqd shaklda 2,5 yil (30 oy) muddatga.

1.1. При выдаче кредита частному лицу банк проводит анализ кредитоспособности заемщика.
1.2. Кредитоспособность заемщика определяется на основании его финансовой и кредитной истории, а также текущей финансовой ситуации.
1.3. Для определения кредитоспособности могут быть использованы следующие критерии

To unblock the card, you must contact the bank branch where the card was opened  with your identity document.
SMS notification for the Uzcard card can be activated through an ATM. SMS notification for the Humo card is activated through the bank branch where the card was opened.
You can order all cards in national and foreign currency remotely using the Milliy App.
  • If you have forgotten your card PIN, please come with your identity document to the bank where the card was opened.
  • If you the card (UzCard/HUMO) is lost, you can block it yourself using the Milliy Bank App or call (78) 148-00 10 and ask the operators to block the card.
The identification procedure is carried out remotely, directly in the Milliy application itself. To do this, on the main screen in the application, click on the photo_2023-04-28_11-16-22.jpg icon in the upper left corner, and then select the “Identification” option from the menu and go through all its stages.

Currently, the NBU offers the following international money transfers: Western Union, MoneyGram, KoronaPay, Asia Express, Contact, Unistream, Swift, as well as Sberbank.
Users of the Milliy Mobile App can receive transfers from Russia using the Sberbank Online service to an electronic wallet in national currency, to an UzCard or HUMO card of the NBU.

The transfer is made in rubles. Upon receipt on an electronic wallet or card, it is automatically converted into UZS. No additional fees are charged.
