Bank aksiyadorlarining tarkibi quyidagicha:
· O‘zbеkiston Rеspublikasi Prezidenti huzuridagi Strategik islohotlar agentligi – 5 871 646 831 dona nominal qiymati 1 000 so‘m bo‘lgan, egasining nomi yozilgan 5 871 646 831 000 so‘mlik oddiy aksiyalar (ulushi 40,7%);
· O‘zbеkiston Tiklanish va taraqqiyot jamg‘armasi – 8 546 759 561 dona nominal qiymati 1 000 so‘m bo‘lgan, egasining nomi yozilgan 8 546 759 561 000 so‘mlik oddiy aksiyalar (ulushi 59,3%).
