TIF Milliy banki rivojlangan axborot infratuzilmasiga ega

   O'zbekiston Respublikasi Tashqi iqtisodiy faoliyat milliy banki barcha  yo'nalishlarda ma'lum yutuqlarga erishish bilan bir qatorda rivojlangan axborot infratuzilmasiga ega bo'lib, u axborot tizimlariga qo'yiladigan xalqaro standartlarga javob beradi. Avtomatlashtirilgan bank tizimi esa moliyaviy resurslarni kerakli sohalarda jamlab, bank bo'linmalarini operativ tarzda idora etish imkonini beradi. Shu bilan birga, jahondagi axborot texnologiyalari rivojlanish tendensiyalarini e'tiborga olib, mutaxassislar bank axborot tizimlarini takomillashtirish borasida yangi loyihalarni amalga oshirmoqda.

Xususan, Milliy bankning rasmiy sayti orqali interaktiv xizmatlar olish imkoniyati mavjud bo'lib, bu bank mijozlariga hamda bank faoliyatiga qiziquvchilarga bir qancha qulayliklarni tug'diradi. Unda sohaga oid barcha jabhalar qamrab olingan.

Jumladan, bugungi kunda dolzarb mavzulardan biri kreditga oid xabar va ma'lumotlar bankning rasmiy saytida alohida keltirilgan. Xususan, saytning “onlayn kredit olish uchun ariza” havolasida kredit ariza blankasi taqdim etilgan. Bunda, kredit olishni maqsad qilgan mijoz arizani to'g'ridan-to'g'ri to'ldirib jo'natishi mumkin. Bank rahbariyati arizani ko'rib chiqqan holda mijozning talabi qondirilish yoki qondirilmasligi to'g'risida uning elektron pochta manziliga javob yuboradi.  

E'tiborga molik jixati shundaki, bankning rasmiy sayti orqali O'zbekiston Respublikasi tashqi iqtisodiy faoliyat Milliy banki Boshqaruvi Raisiga ham to'g'ridan-to'g'ri murojaat qilish imkoniyati mavjud bo'lib, bunda fuqaro maxsus bo'limni to'ldirgan holda o'z savoli bilan murojaat qilishi mumkin. Bundan tashqari, boshqa qiziqtirgan savollar bilan ham interaktiv xizmatlar bo'limining savollar va javoblar havolasidan foydalanish mumkin. 

Shu o'rinda aytish joizki, bugungi kunda O'zbekiston Respublikasi Yagona interaktiv davlat xizmatlari portali internet tarmog'i faoliyat ko'rsatib, unda ro'yxatga olish va avtorizatsiya qilish jarayonidan o'tgan foydalanuvchilar uchun interaktiv davlat xizmatlari ko'rsatiladi.  Milliy bankning onlayn xizmatlar sahifasidan joy olgan “Fuqarolar va yuridik shaxslarning elektron murojaatlari” havolasi aynan portalda ro'yxatdan o'tgan fuqarolar uchun amal qiladi. Shuningdek, “Fuqarolar murojaatlarini ko'rib chiqish” havolasi ham aynan Yagona portaldan ro'yxatdan o'tgan fuqarolar foydalanishlari mumkin. 

www.nbu.uz (www.nbu.com) saytining asosiy menyusida joylashgan FORUM bo'limi esa bundan mustasno. Unda sayt foydalanuvchilari o'rtasida onlayn muloqotga kirishish imkoni mavjud. Buning uchun fuqarodan hech qanday ro'yxatdan o'tish talab qilinmaydi.

 Axborot texnologiyalari Departamenti internet-texnologiyalari bo'limi bosh mutaxassisi Otabek Muhammedjanov jumladan shunday ta'kidlaydi:

– Tashqi iqtisodiy faoliyat milliy banki bugungi kunda turli xil interaktiv xizmatlarini ko'rsatib kelmoqda. Jumladan, milliy bank tomonidan amalga kiritilgan depozit turlari va shartlari, foizlari hamda muddati bilan aynan “Depozitlar” havolasi yoki asosiy menyudagi bo'lim orqali tanishish va ma'lumotlar olish mumkin.

Bundan tashqari, saytning pul jo'natmalari havolasiga kirish orqali Milliy bank tizimida ish olib borayotgan pul jo'natmalari turlari, tarifi, shartlari, muddati kabi ma'lumotlarga ega bo'lish mumkin. Shuningdek, mijozlarga qulaylik yaratish maqsadida “Talabnoma shakllari va blankalari” havolasi mavjud bo'lib, unda bankning asosiy talab qilinadigan hujjatlari, blankalari va shakllari o'rin olgan. Mijoz unga zarur bo'lgan blankalar va arizalar formasini chop etib, to'ldirib va kerakli hujjatlar bilan to'liq holga keltirgan ravishda, bank xizmatlaridan foydalanish uchun zarur hujjatlar to'plamini tayyor holda taqdim etadi. Bu esa mijozning vaqtini tejashiga zamin yaratadi.

Shuningdek, shaxsiy kabinet orqali mijoz o'zining debet va kredit hisob raqamlari aylanishi, ular bo'yicha qoldiqlar, kirim-chiqim operatsiyalarini kuzatib borishi mumkin. Plastik kartada mavjud bo'lgan pul mablag'laridan ko'p miqdorda foydalanish, sutkasiga 24 soat, haftasiga 7 kun mobaynida xox kommunal xizmatlar, xox uyali aloqa, internet provayderlar, internet to'lov, transport, televideniye, shuningdek, sug'urta kafolatli to'lovlarni amalga oshirish imkoniyatini Onlayn to'lov tizimi taqdim etadi.

Xususiy mijozlar uchun faqat kartochkadan emas, depozit hisobvaraqlaridan ham to'lovlar o'tkazish, internet bankingni joriy etish va shu orqali R-bank tizimiga ulangan bank mijozlariga bankda ochilgan hisobvaraqlar bilan dunyoning istalgan joyida turib ishlash imkonini beradi, plastik kartochkalar egasi bo'lgan xususiy mijozlar uchun ONLINE BANK xizmati joriy etilganligi hamda mazkur xizmat ularga SMS-/EMAIL-xabarlash va Web-/IVR- kabinetidan foydalanish imkonini beradi.

Xususiy mijozlarga axborot xizmatlarini yanada takomillashtirish doirasida, shaxsiy kabinet orqali depozit hisobvaraqlaridagi qoldiqlar va aylanmalar haqida, berilgan kreditlar qanday so'ndirilayotgani va omonatlar bo'yicha hisoblangan foizlar to'g'risida ma'lumotlar olish ham mumkin.

Shuningdek, depozit hisobvaraqlaridagi qoldiq va aylanma mablag' haqidagi ma'lumotlarni ko'rib chiqish imkoniyati ishlab chiqildi. Kreditlar bo'yicha qarzlarni to'lash va depozitlar bo'yicha hisoblangan foizlar haqida axborot berish ham rejalashtirilgan. VISA kartalari egalariga axborot xizmatlarini taqdim etildi VISA serverining ONLINE BANK va PRIME tizimlari yulga kuyildi.

Xulosa o'rnida qayd etish zarurki, Milliy bankning yuqori malakali professional xodimlar komandasi bank axborot tizimlari ishini ta'minlashda hamda yangi, eng istiqbolli axborot texnologiyalarini joriy etishda salmoqli ishlarni amalga oshirmoqdalar. Bu esa Milliy bankning yuksak raqobatbardoshliligini kafolatlaydi.

1.1. При выдаче кредита частному лицу банк проводит анализ кредитоспособности заемщика.
1.2. Кредитоспособность заемщика определяется на основании его финансовой и кредитной истории, а также текущей финансовой ситуации.

To unblock the card, you must contact the bank branch where the card was opened  with your identity document.
SMS notification for the Uzcard card can be activated through an ATM. SMS notification for the Humo card is activated through the bank branch where the card was opened.
You can order all cards in national and foreign currency remotely using the Milliy App.
  • If you have forgotten your card PIN, please come with your identity document to the bank where the card was opened.
  • If you the card (UzCard/HUMO) is lost, you can block it yourself using the Milliy Bank App or call (78) 148-00 10 and ask the operators to block the card.
The identification procedure is carried out remotely, directly in the Milliy application itself. To do this, on the main screen in the application, click on the photo_2023-04-28_11-16-22.jpg icon in the upper left corner, and then select the “Identification” option from the menu and go through all its stages.
