O'zbekistonda ruxsat berish tartib-taomillari hisobot tizimi soddalashtirilmoqda

Davlat rahbarining 2012 yil 16 iyuldagi 'Statistik, soliq, moliyaviy hisobotlarni, litsenziyalanadigan faoliyat turlarini va ruxsat berish tartib-taomillarini tubdan qisqartirish chora-tadbirlari to'g'risida'gi Farmoni bilan O'zbekistonda hisobot tizimini soddalashtirildi.

2012-yilning 1 avgustidan boshlab ruxsat berishga oid 80 ta tartib-taomilni (ularning umumiy miqdoriga nisbatan 26%), shuningdek, litsenziyalanadigan faoliyat turlarining 15 tasini (umumiy miqdoriga nisbatan 20%), jumladan, ularni bekor qilish va birlashtirish hisobiga bekor qilinadi.

2013-yil 1 yanvardan boshlab barcha soliq turlari va boshqa majburiy to'lovlar bo'yicha oyma-oy soliq hisobotini taqdim etish bekor qilinadi, qo'shimcha foyda solig'i bundan mustasno.

Mikrofirmalar kelasidan yildan boshlab, yillik statistik hisobot taqdim etadilar, bunda statistika organlari har chorakda tegishli faoliyat yo'nalishlari va sohalari bo'yicha tanlanma o'rganishlar o'tkazadi.

Tadbirkorlik subyektlari tomonidan tadbirkorlik faoliyatini amalga oshirish uchun litsenziyalar va ruxsatnoma xarakteridagi hujjatlarni olishga to'lanadigan yig'imlarning miqdorlari kamida ikki barobar arzonlashtiriladi.

Hujjatda hozirgi vaqtda kichik biznes va xususiy tadbirkorlik subyektlari har chorakda faqat bitta soddalashtirilgan statistik hisobotni taqdim etishlari, moliya hisoboti esa yiliga bir marta taqdim etilishi qayj etilgan. Tadbirkorlik subyektlarining 78 foizdan ko'prog'i soliq hisobotini elektron ko'rinishda taqdim etmoqdalar.

2014-yilning oxiriga qadar O'zbekiston tadbirkorlik subyektlari statistik, soliq va moliyaviy hisobotlarni topshirishning elektron tizimiga to'la hajmda o'tadilar. 2012-2016 yillar mobaynida ariza beruvchilarga arizalarning o'tish jarayonini interaktiv kuzatish imkoniyatini yaratgan holda litsenziya va ruxsatnomalarni olish uchun internet tarmog'i orqali arizalarni berishning elektron shakllari joriy etilishi ko'zda tutilgan.

O'zbekiston Respublikasi Adliya vazirligi, O'zbekiston aloqa va axborotlashtirish agentligi manfaatdor vazirliklar va idoralar bilan birgalikda uch oy muddatda internet tarmog'ida yagona veb-sayt yaratib, unga litsenziyalanadigan faoliyat turlari va ruxsat berish tartib-taomillari ro'yxatini, litsenziya va ruxsatnomalar olish uchun talab qilinadigan hujjatlar to'g'risidagi axborotni, shuningdek, tegishli faoliyat turlarini amalga oshirish uchun litsenziya va ruxsatnomalar olgan tadbirkorlik subyektlari to'g'risidagi doimo yangilanib turadigan ma'lumotlarni joylashtirish yuklandi.

Davlat statistika qo'mitasi ma'lumotlariga ko'ra, 2012 yil yanvar-mart oylarida O'zbekiston kichik tadbirkorlik subyektlari tomonidan YAIM umumiy hajmining 39,9% ishlab chiqarilgan. Yalpi ichki mahsulot ishlab chiqarishda kichik korxona va mikrofirmalarning ulushi ushbu davrda 24,5% ni tashkil qildi.

Ushbu sohada 9 mln.dan ortiq kishi bandligi yoki iqtisodiyotdagi barcha band bo'lganlarning 76,2% ta'minlangan, shu jumladan individual sektorda 6,9 mln.dan ortiq kishi band, kichik korxona va mikrofirmalarda - 2, 1 mln.dan ortiq kishi.

Kichik va xususiy kompaniya hamda korxonalar tomonidan yanvar-mart oylarida 2,3 trln. so'mlik sanoat mahsulotlari ishlab chiqarilgan (respublikaning jami sanoat ishlab chiqarishining 20,4%). 2011 yilning tegishli davriga nisbatan o'sish 122,5%.

Ular tomonidan birinchi chorakda 1,3 trln. so'mlik investitsiyalar o'zlashtirilgan (respublikada o'zlashtirilgan investisiyalar umumiy hajmining 34,3%). O'sish 2011 yil yanvar-mart darajasiga nisbatan 27,5%.

Kichki tadbirkorlik subyektlari $398,8 mln.lik mahsulotlarni eksport qildilar (eksport umumiy hajmining 12,7%). O'sish 2011 yil yanvar-mart darajasiga nisbatan 32,9% ni tashkil qildi.

To unblock the card, you must contact the bank branch where the card was opened  with your identity document.
SMS notification for the Uzcard card can be activated through an ATM. SMS notification for the Humo card is activated through the bank branch where the card was opened.
You can order all cards in national and foreign currency remotely using the Milliy App.
  • If you have forgotten your card PIN, please come with your identity document to the bank where the card was opened.
  • If you the card (UzCard/HUMO) is lost, you can block it yourself using the Milliy Bank App or call (78) 148-00 10 and ask the operators to block the card.
The identification procedure is carried out remotely, directly in the Milliy application itself. To do this, on the main screen in the application, click on the photo_2023-04-28_11-16-22.jpg icon in the upper left corner, and then select the “Identification” option from the menu and go through all its stages.

Currently, the NBU offers the following international money transfers: Western Union, MoneyGram, KoronaPay, Asia Express, Contact, Unistream, Swift, as well as Sberbank.
Users of the Milliy Mobile App can receive transfers from Russia using the Sberbank Online service to an electronic wallet in national currency, to an UzCard or HUMO card of the NBU.

The transfer is made in rubles. Upon receipt on an electronic wallet or card, it is automatically converted into UZS. No additional fees are charged.
  • Visa Direct is a service for money transfer using the Milliy Mobile App to more than 50 countries of the world, including Visa cards of Uzbekistan banks.
