Bugungi kunda zamonaviy bank mahsulotlari bilan bog'liq yuksak texnologiyalarga ega bo'lgan mamlakatimizdagi kredit muassasalarida aholiga operativ tarzda xizmat ko'rsatilmoqda. Bank faoliyatidagi ustuvor vazifalardan biri esa - mijozlarga sifatli xizmat ko'rsatish ko'lamini kengaytirishdan iborat. 20 yil mobaynida plastik kartochkalarni muomalaga chiqarish hamda ularga xizmat ko'rsatishda O'zbekiston Milliy banki yetakchi bo'lib kelmoqda. Buning isboti sifatida shuni aytishimiz mumkinki, joriy yilning 1 noyabr holatiga bank tomonidan muomalaga chiqarilgan milliy valyutadagi so'm plastik kartochkalari soni 2 mln.tani tashkil qildi.

Jumladan, “on-layn” SmartVista plastik kartochkalari soni 604 mingtadan ko'proq, Viza xalqaro kartochkalari 80 mingta, plastik kartochkalari orqali ish haqini oluvchi korxonalar soni 12800 dan oshdi. Bank tomonidan 16676ta to'lov terminallari o'rnatilgan bo'lib, 2014 yilning 10 oyi mobaynida terminallar orqali bajarilgan amaliyotlar umumiy miqdori 2 trillion 275 milliard so'mdan oshgan. Shuningdek, to'qqiz oy mobaynida bank tomonidan plastik kartochkalarga 3 trillion 662 milliard so'm mablag'lar kirim qilingan.

Joriy yilning yakuniga qadar Milliy bankning xizmat ko'rsatish infrastrukturasi qo'shimcha ravishda 5000 ta terminal, 10 ta bankomat va 75 ta informatsion-to'lov kiosklariga kengayadi.

Miliy bank o'zining butun tarixi davomida mamlakat fuqarolarining farovonligini oshirish masalasiga katta e'tibor qaratib kelayapti. Depozitlar hajmi o'sganligi, Bank bo'limlari va filiallari orqali ko'rsatilayotgan xizmatlar doirasi kengaygani, omonatlarning shartlarini maqbullashtirish, yangi mahsulotlarni ishlab chiqish va joriy etish, ularning sifatini yaxshilash borasida aniq maqsadli ishlar olib borilganligining natijasi bo'libgina qolmasdan, ayni paytda respublika aholisining mamlakatdagi eng ishonchli moliya muassasasi sifatida Miliy bankka ishonchi haqli ravishda ortganligi dalili bo'ldi.

Xususan, faqat 2014 yilning 10 oyi ichida xorijiy valyutadagi 3 ta va milliy valyutadagi 11 ta yangi omonat ishlab chiqilib, joriy etildi, 2 ta omonatning amal qilish muddati uzaytirildi. Hozirgi kunda Miliy bank jismoniy shaxslarga milliy valyutadagi 23 ta va xorijiy valyutadagi 13 ta omonat turini taklif qilmoqda.

Milliy Bank Toshkent shahar amaliyot boshqarmasi xodimi Abdulalimova Dildora “UzReport” AA muxbiriga bergan intervyusida shunday dedi:

– Milliy bank mijozlar uchun plastik kartochkalar nafaqat qo'lay to'lov vositasi sifatida balki uni qo'shimcha xizmat va servislardan foydalanish imkonini beruvchi vositaga aylantirishga intilmoqda. Xususan, plastik kartochkalar orqali bajarilgan amaliyotlar va hisobraqam qoldig'i to'g'risidagi ma'lumotlarni mijozlar mobil telefonlariga sms-xabarlar, elektron pochtasiga e-mail xabarlar ko'rinishida olish imkoniyatiga ega bo'lganlar, bundan tashqari, shaxsiy WEB- va IVR-kabinetlar orqali ham ma'lumotlarni kuzatib turishlari mumkin. Hozirgi kunga kelib, bu xizmatlardan foydalanuvchi mijozlar soni 86 mingdan ortdi.

Bank mijozlarga mobil aloqa, internet, kommunal va boshqa xizmat turlariga on-layn rejimda mobil telefon yoki internet orqali to'lovlar amalga oshirish uchun SMS-TO’LOV va CLICK xizmatlarini taqdim qilib kelmoqda–.

Miliy bank bo'lim va filiallariga har kuni ko'plab fuqarolarimiz murojaat qilib, o'z jamg'armalarini qanday depozit turlariga qo'yishlari mumkinligini so'rashadi. Bu esa, respublika aholisining farovonligi oshgani, umuman bank tizimiga va xususan Miliy bankka ishonch ortganligining bevosita tasdig'idir.

1.2. Кредитоспособность заемщика определяется на основании его финансовой и кредитной истории, а также текущей финансовой ситуации.

To unblock the card, you must contact the bank branch where the card was opened  with your identity document.
SMS notification for the Uzcard card can be activated through an ATM. SMS notification for the Humo card is activated through the bank branch where the card was opened.
You can order all cards in national and foreign currency remotely using the Milliy App.
  • If you have forgotten your card PIN, please come with your identity document to the bank where the card was opened.
  • If you the card (UzCard/HUMO) is lost, you can block it yourself using the Milliy Bank App or call (78) 148-00 10 and ask the operators to block the card.
The identification procedure is carried out remotely, directly in the Milliy application itself. To do this, on the main screen in the application, click on the photo_2023-04-28_11-16-22.jpg icon in the upper left corner, and then select the “Identification” option from the menu and go through all its stages.

Users of the Milliy Mobile App can receive transfers from Russia using the Sberbank Online service to an electronic wallet in national currency, to an UzCard or HUMO card of the NBU.

The transfer is made in rubles. Upon receipt on an electronic wallet or card, it is automatically converted into UZS. No additional fees are charged.
  • Visa Direct is a service for money transfer using the Milliy Mobile App to more than 50 countries of the world, including Visa cards of Uzbekistan banks.
