Koronavirus infeksiyasi tarqalishiga qarshi kurashish va havf-xatarlar davrida makroiqtisodiy barqarorlikni, iqtisodiyot tarmoqlari va sohalarining uzluksiz ishlashini ta'minlash, tashqi iqtisodiy faoliyatni rag‘batlantirish, aholini samarali ijtimoiy qo‘llab-quvvatlash, mamlakat aholisi daromadlari keskin pasayib ketishining oldini olish maqsadida, O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Prezidentining 19.03.2020 yildagi PF-5969-sonli “Koronavirus pandemiyasi va global inqiroz holatlarining iqtisodiyot tarmoqlariga salbiy ta'sirini yumshatish bo‘yicha birinchi navbatdagi chora-tadbirlar to‘g‘risida” Farmoni, O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Vazirlar Mahkamasining 2020 yil 23 martdagi 176-sonli “Koranavirus infeksiyasi tarqalishiga qarshi qo‘shimcha chora-tadbirlar” to‘g‘risidagi qarori va Respublika Markaziy bankining 16.03.2020 yildagi 205/2-sonli “Koronovirus infeksiyasi tarqalishi oqibatida vujudga kelishi mumkin bo‘lgan risklar ta'sirini yumshatish to‘g‘risida”gi hamda 20.03.2020 yildagi 207/1-sonli “Koronovirus infeksiyasi tarqalishi oqibatida qarzdorlarning kredit to‘lovlari bilan bog‘liq riskni yumshatish yuzasidan qo‘shimcha chora-tadbirlar to‘g‘risida”gi bayonlari qabul qilindi.

Ushbu qabul qilingan farmon, qaror va bayonlar bilan belgilab berilgan topshiriqlar ijrosini o‘z vaqtida va sifatli bajarilishini ta'minlash maqsadida:

AJ "O‘zmilliybank" Boshqaruvi va tegishli qo‘mitalarining qarorlari qabul qilindi. Unga ko‘ra;

- bank mijozlarining asosiy qarzini qaytarish bo‘yicha berilgan imtiyozlariga pul oqimi foiz to‘lovlariga yetmagan korxonalarga qo‘shimcha ravishda ularning murojaatlaridan kelib chiqib, zarur hollarda hisoblangan foiz to‘lovlarini qaytarish bo‘yicha imtiyozli davr berish yuzasidan kredit shartnomasi shartlariga o‘zgartirish kiritish;

- koronovirus infeksiyasining tarqalishi va uning oldini olish uchun joriy qilingan karantin rejimi faoliyatiga salbiy ta'sir ko‘rsatgan qarzdor – jismoniy shaxslar va yakka tartibdagi tadbirkorlarning murojaatlariga asosan ularning real daromadlari va imkoniyatlari hamda vaqtinchalik moliyaviy qiyinchiliklarni bartaraf etilish muddatlaridan kelib chiqib, kredit bo‘yicha to‘lovlarni qaytarish yuzasidan 2020 yil 1 oktyabriga qadar imtiyozli davr berish hamda yakuniy to‘lov muddatlarini berilgan imtiyozli davrga mos ravishda uzaytirish;

- jismoniy shaxslar va yakka tartibdagi tadbirkorlar krediti bo‘yicha muddati o‘tgan qarzdorliklarni kechiktirilishida jarima sanksiyalarini qo‘llamaslik hamda undiruvni kredit ta'minotiga qaratmaslik masalasi ko‘rib chiqib kelinmoqda. 

Bundan tashqari, koronavirus infeksiyasining tarqalishi va uning oldini olish uchun joriy qilingan karantin davrida barcha jismoniy va yuridik shaxslar o‘zlarining pul o‘tkazmalarini amalga oshirish, kredit qarzdorliklari muddatlarini uzaytirish va bank xizmatlari bilan tanishish uchun AJ "O‘zmilliybank"ning joylardagi barcha filiallariga murojaat qilishlari mumkin.

Shuningdek, “Milliy” mobil ilovasi, “IBank” tizimlari orqali masofaviy to‘lov amaliyotlarini oson va tez amalga oshirishlari mumkin. Jumladan,

- hamkorlarning istalgan bankdagi boshqa hisob raqamlariga to‘lovlarni amalga oshirish;

- AJ "O‘zmilliybank" tizimida 24/7 rejimida to‘lov hujjatlarini yuborish;

- xodimlar maoshini ularning kartasiga o‘tkazish;

- hisobdagi o‘zgarishlar to‘g‘risida ma'lumot olish;

- kommunal to‘lovlarni to‘lash va yana boshqa ko‘plab qulayliklarga ega.

Shuningdek, koronovirus ta'siri bo‘lgan har bir qarzdorlarning murojaatlarini qisqa muddatlarda ko‘rib chiqish maqsadida ishchi guruh tashkil etilgan hamda u Bank Boshqaruvining doimiy nazoratiga olingan.

Shu o‘rinda AJ "O‘zmilliybank" mamlakatimiz iqtisodiyotining tayanchiga aylangan biznes sub'ektlarini har qanday vaziyatda qo‘llab-quvvatlashga tayyor ekanligini bildiramiz.

1.1. При выдаче кредита частному лицу банк проводит анализ кредитоспособности заемщика.
1.2. Кредитоспособность заемщика определяется на основании его финансовой и кредитной истории, а также текущей финансовой ситуации.
1.3. Для определения кредитоспособности могут быть использованы следующие критерии

To unblock the card, you must contact the bank branch where the card was opened  with your identity document.
SMS notification for the Uzcard card can be activated through an ATM. SMS notification for the Humo card is activated through the bank branch where the card was opened.
You can order all cards in national and foreign currency remotely using the Milliy App.
  • If you have forgotten your card PIN, please come with your identity document to the bank where the card was opened.
  • If you the card (UzCard/HUMO) is lost, you can block it yourself using the Milliy Bank App or call (78) 148-00 10 and ask the operators to block the card.
The identification procedure is carried out remotely, directly in the Milliy application itself. To do this, on the main screen in the application, click on the photo_2023-04-28_11-16-22.jpg icon in the upper left corner, and then select the “Identification” option from the menu and go through all its stages.
  • To change the phone number registered in the Milliy App, please come to the NBU branch which is convenient for you with your identity document.
  • An e-wallet is a system to store funds, as well as transfer money through an app to an account or bank card.

Currently, the NBU offers the following international money transfers: Western Union, MoneyGram, KoronaPay, Asia Express, Contact, Unistream, Swift, as well as Sberbank.
Users of the Milliy Mobile App can receive transfers from Russia using the Sberbank Online service to an electronic wallet in national currency, to an UzCard or HUMO card of the NBU.

The transfer is made in rubles. Upon receipt on an electronic wallet or card, it is automatically converted into UZS. No additional fees are charged.
  • Visa Direct is a service for money transfer using the Milliy Mobile App to more than 50 countries of the world, including Visa cards of Uzbekistan banks.

It is possible to remotely open, replenish and independently monitor the NBU's deposits using the Mobil App.
