'Ijtimoiy fikr' jamoatchilik fikrini o'rganish markazi jamiyat ijtimoiy hayotining barcha jabhalarida jamoatchilik fikrini o'rganish va shu asosda uni to'g'ri shakllantirishga yo'naltirilgan takliflar ishlab chiqish yuzasidan tadqiqotlar olib bormoqda. Shu jumladan, mamlakatimiz bank tizimi faoliyati yuzasidan jamoatchilik fikrini o'rganib borish ham Markaz tadqiqotlaridan alohida o'rin olgan.

Ilgariroq matbuotda omma e'tiboriga havola etilgan 2011 yil yakunlari asosidagi sotsiologik so'rov natijalari orqali keng jamoatchilikka bu borada muhim axborot berilgan edi.

Navbatdagi tadqiqot 2012 yilning birinchi yarim yilligi yakunlari yuzasidan amalga oshirildi. Ushbu sotsiologik so'rov 'Oilaviy biznesni rivojlantirish va tadbirkorlarni qo'llab-quvvatlashda bank tizimining o'rni hamda hududlarda aholi va ishbilarmon doira vakillarining bank tizimiga bo'lgan ishonchi haqida jamoatchilik fikri' mavzusida yurtimizning barcha hududlarida o'tkazildi.

Banklar faoliyatiga to'g'ri baho berish uchun bankning vazifasini to'g'ri tushunish darkordir. Shu sababli so'rovda dastlab banklarning vazifasini jamoatchilik tomonidan qanchalik to'g'ri talqin qilinishi ko'rildi.

'Ijtimoiy fikr' jamoatchilik fikrini o'rganish markazining mazkur so'rovida kichik biznes va xususiy tadbirkorlik sohasida o'z ishini boshlayotgan, jumladan, oilaviy biznesni tashkil etayotgan, mamlakatimizning qishloq joylari va chekka hududlarida yashovchi aholi vakillari qamram olindi. Respondentlarni tanlash jarayonida tadbirkorlik sohasining barcha toifalari (oilaviy tadbirkorlik subyektlari, fermer xo'jaliklari, dehqon xo'jaliklari, yakka tartibdagi tadbirkorlar, kichik korxona va mikrofirmalar)ga alohida e'tibor qaratildi.

So'rov natijalari mamlakatimizda oqilona ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy islohotlarning amalga oshirilishi natijasida bank tizimi davlat va jamiyat hayotidan mustahkam o'rin egallaganini yana bir bor tasdiqladi. Eng muhimi, banklar bugungi kunda mamlakatimiz hayotida muhim ahamiyatga ega bo'lgan davlat dasturlarining amalga oshirilishida faol ishtirok etayotganligi hamda tijorat asosida faoliyat yuritib, mablag'lar samaradorligini ta'minlashga asosiy e'tiborni qaratayotganligi ko'pchilik tomonidan e'tirof etildi.

Xalqimiz orasidan yaxshi kunlarga atab jamg'arma yig'ish keng yoyilgan. Bugungi kunda bu boradagi sa'y-harakatlarni qo'llab-quvvatlash maqsadida mamlakatimiz banklari tomonidan aholi uchun qulay va jozibador bo'lgan milliy hamda chet el valyutasidagi ko'plab omonat turlari taklif etilmoqda. Bank tizimining aholi bo'sh pul mablag'larini omonatlarga jalb etish bo'yicha olib borayotgan bunday ishlariga so'ralganlarning ko'pchiligi (96,1 foizi) yuqori baho berdi.

Aholining omonatga pul qo'yishida hal qiluvchi omillar sifatida 'bankka bo'lgan ishonch' (94,3%) va 'yuqori darajada xizmat ko'rsatish' (91,7%) qayd etildi. Bu masalada davlatning o'rni ham natijalarda yaqqol ko'rindi.

Tijorat banklarida saqlanayotgan omonatlar to'liq davlat tomonidan kafolatlangani aksariyat javoblarda alohida ko'rsatib o'tildi. Aholining asosiy qismi bo'sh pul mablag'larini bankka omonatga qo'yishni ma'qul ko'rishini bildirdi.

Banklar tomonidan yuridik va jismoniy shaxslarga moliyaviy xizmat ko'rsatish ishlaridan respondentlarning katta qismi (95,6%) mamnunligini ta'kidladi, shuningdek, to'lovlarni amalga oshirishda muammolar yo'qligi, joriy etilgan elektron to'lov tizimining qulayliklari haqida ijobiy fikrlar bayon qilindi.

So'rov natijalariga ko'ra bank plastik kartochkalari aholiga tobora ma'qul kelayotganligi ma'lum bo'ldi. Javoblarda plastik kartochkalardan foydalanish qulayligi hamda har qanday to'lovni amalga oshirishda foydalanish mumkinligi, shu bilan birga, plastik kartochkalardan foydalanish yanada samarali bo'lishi uchun to'lov terminallarini ko'paytirish kerakligi ko'rsatib o'tildi.

Respondentlar mamlakatimiz bank tizimida to'lovlarni amalga oshirishda mijozlarga qulayliklar yaratilayotgani, ayniqsa, zamonaviy telekommunikatsiya vositalarining tobora keng joriy etilayotgani haqida ham alohida fikr bildirdilar. Bankomat, infokiosk va boshqa o'z-o'ziga xizmat ko'rsatish qurilmalari tarmog'i faoliyatiga ijobiy munosabat bildirilib, ularning qulayligi, to'lovlar va operatsiyalar bir zumda bajarilishi mamnunlik bilan qayd qilindi.

Bank operatsiyalarini masofadan boshqarish xizmatlari - internet-banking, sms-banking, mobil-banking xizmatlari haqida o'z munosabatini bildirgan respondentlar ushbu qulayliklar pul mablag'larini tezkor tarzda boshqarish va vaqtni tejash imkonini berishini, banklarga ortiqcha qatnashga ehtiyoj yo'qligidan mamnun ekanliklarini hamda bunday qulay xizmat turlarini yanada kengaytirish zarurligini qayd etib o'tdilar.

So'rov natijasida joylarda mamlakatimiz tijorat banklarining xizmat ko'rsatish ko'lami va darajasi haqida zarur ma'lumotlar olindi. Natijada 'Mikrokreditbank', 'Agrobank', 'Xalq banki', 'O'zsanoatqurilishbank', 'Milliy

bank', 'Asakabank' kabi banklar tadbirkorlarni qo'llab-quvvatlash sohasida keng faoliyat yuritayotgan etakchi tijorat banklari sifatida e'tirof etildi.

Banklarning tadbirkorlik subyektlariga kredit berish borasidagi ishidan katta qismi - 91,2 foizi mamnunligini qayd etdi. Ko'pchilik tadbirkorlar bankdan kredit olishda hech qanday to'siq va qiyinchiliklar yo'qligini, kreditlash bo'yicha belgilangan barcha qoidalarga amal qilingan holda eng yuqori darajada xizmat ko'rsatilayotganini, bank operatsiyalari o'z vaqtida bajarilayotganini ko'rsatib o'tdilar.

Tijorat banklaridan kredit olish uchun taqdim qilingan biznes loyihalar maqsadlarini o'rganish natijasida quyidagi yo'nalishlar ustuvorligi e'tirof etildi: boshlang'ich kapitalni va aylanma mablag'larni shakllantirish, eng yangi texnologiyalarga asoslangan uskunalarni sotib olish va o'rnatish, zamonaviy talablar asosida bino va inshootlarni qurish, mavjud bino va inshootlarni rekonstruktsiya qilish, korxonani ilg'or texnologiyalar asosida modernizatsiya qilish va boshqalardir.

Shuningdek, banklarning mikrokreditlash faoliyati yordamida tadbirkorlikni boshlash uchun katta imkoniyatlar vujudga kelayotgani, bank tizimida mazkur kreditlash asosida tadbirkorlikni yoshlar va ayollar o'rtasida rivojlantirishga ustuvor vazifalardan biri sifatida katta e'tibor qaratilayotgani alohida ta'kidlandi. Tijorat banklari tomonidan tadbirkorlik subyektlari uchun mikrokreditlar ajratish keng yo'lga qo'yilganini respondentlarning 92,8 foizi e'tirof etganligi buni tasdiqlaydi. Shuningdek, faoliyatini mikrokredit asosida boshlagan tadbirkorlarning bank kreditlaridan foydalanish ko'nikmalari shakllanib, keyingi bosqichda yirik miqdorda kreditlar olish imkoniyatlari kengayayotgani haqida fikr va mulohazalar bildirildi.

Mamlakatimiz tijorat banklari tomonidan kasb-hunar kollejlari bitiruvchilarining biznes loyihalarini moliyalashtirishga ajratilayotgan imtiyozli mikrokreditlar samarasi bo'yicha ham ijobiy fikrlar bildirildi.

Jumladan, mazkur imtiyozli mikrokreditlar yoshlarning o'z biznes g'oyalarini amalga oshirishi uchun katta imkoniyat yaratmoqda, ularning o'zini va aholini ish bilan ta'minlashga yordam bermoqda.

Joylarda xizmat ko'rsatish va servis sohasiga oid biznes loyihalarni moliyalashtirish uchun ajratilayotgan kreditlar samarasi ham so'rov natijalarida alohida qayd etib o'tildi. Ushbu kreditlar sohani rivojlantirish bilan birga aholi turmush farovonligini yanada yaxshilashga xizmat qilayotgani, hududlarning ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy rivojlanishiga yaqindan yordam berayotgani, xizmat ko'rsatish sohasining rivojlanib, yangi ish o'rinlari yaratilishiga salmoqli hissa qo'shayotgani ko'pchilik tomonidan e'tirof etildi.

Bugungi kunda mamlakatimiz ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy va madaniy hayotida ayollarning faolligini yanada oshirish, ularni tadbirkorlik faoliyatiga keng jalb etishga qaratilgan dasturlarni amalga oshirish doirasida tijorat banklari tomonidan ajratilayotgan imtiyozli kreditlar o'z samarasini berayotgani ham qoniqish bilan qayd etildi.

So'rovda qatnashgan respondentlarning 91,6 foizi tijorat banklari tomondan tadbirkor ayollar uchun kreditlar ajratish yaxshi yo'lga qo'yilganini ta'kidladi. Ular tomonidan 'imtiyozli kreditlar xotin-qizlarning jamiyatda tutgan o'rnini yanada oshirishga, ularning turmush tarzini yanada yaxshilash va moddiy farovonligini yuksaltirishga har tomonlama ko'maklashadi, xotin-qizlarni ish bilan ta'minlash masalalarini hal etish, ayniqsa, qishloq joylarida ularning mehnat sharoitlarini yaxshilash, ayollarni tadbirkorlik faoliyatiga jalb etishga salmoqli hissa qo'shadi', degan fikrlar bildirildi.

Umuman olganda, so'rov jarayonlarlari tadbirkorlik subyektlari tomonidan bildirilgan fikrlar kredit olish bo'yicha banklarga taqdim etilayotgan biznes loyihalarning hozirgi kun talablariga to'la mos kelayotganligini ko'rsatadi.

'Ijtimoiy fikr' jamoatchilik fikrlarini o'rganish markazi so'rovi natijalari shundan dalolat beradiki, mamlakatimizda tadbirkorlarga g'amxo'rlik va bank tizimiga ishonch uyg'unligi tobora mustahkamlanib bormoqda. Tijorat banklari tomonidan kichik biznes va xususiy tadbirkorlikni keng ko'lamda moliyalash jarayoni jamoatchilik, shu jumladan, ishbilarmon va tadbirkorlar tomonidan keng e'tirof etilmoqda.

O'zbekiston Respublikasi Markaziy banki etakchiligida mamlakatimiz tijorat banklari tomonidan ko'rsatilayotgan keng ko'lamli bank-moliya xizmatlari xalqimiz farovonligi va mamlakatimiz taraqqiyotiga xizmat qilmoqda.

Определение кредитоспособности заемщика
1.1. При выдаче кредита частному лицу банк проводит анализ кредитоспособности заемщика.
1.2. Кредитоспособность заемщика определяется на основании его финансовой и кредитной истории, а также текущей финансовой ситуации.
1.3. Для определения кредитоспособности могут быть использованы следующие критерии

To unblock the card, you must contact the bank branch where the card was opened  with your identity document.
SMS notification for the Uzcard card can be activated through an ATM. SMS notification for the Humo card is activated through the bank branch where the card was opened.
You can order all cards in national and foreign currency remotely using the Milliy App.
  • If you have forgotten your card PIN, please come with your identity document to the bank where the card was opened.
  • If you the card (UzCard/HUMO) is lost, you can block it yourself using the Milliy Bank App or call (78) 148-00 10 and ask the operators to block the card.
The identification procedure is carried out remotely, directly in the Milliy application itself. To do this, on the main screen in the application, click on the photo_2023-04-28_11-16-22.jpg icon in the upper left corner, and then select the “Identification” option from the menu and go through all its stages.
  • To change the phone number registered in the Milliy App, please come to the NBU branch which is convenient for you with your identity document.

Currently, the NBU offers the following international money transfers: Western Union, MoneyGram, KoronaPay, Asia Express, Contact, Unistream, Swift, as well as Sberbank.
Users of the Milliy Mobile App can receive transfers from Russia using the Sberbank Online service to an electronic wallet in national currency, to an UzCard or HUMO card of the NBU.

The transfer is made in rubles. Upon receipt on an electronic wallet or card, it is automatically converted into UZS. No additional fees are charged.
  • Visa Direct is a service for money transfer using the Milliy Mobile App to more than 50 countries of the world, including Visa cards of Uzbekistan banks.
