"Golden promotion"

"Golden promotion" is a promotion carried out by the Uzbek National Bank together with the international payment system Mastercard.

The promotion is held from November 1, 2021 to January 31, 2022 inclusive among individuals - holders of international payment cards Mastercard of the National Bank. The entire product line of MasterCard - Virtual, Standard, Gold, Platinum, World Elite will be valid for this campaign. MasterCard card can be opened in the Milliy Mobile App and in any of the NBU branches.

The Campaign also includes intermediate draws of valuable prizes. The drawing of the Grand Prize will take place at the end of the Campaign.

Participation in the intermediate drawings of the Campaign requires members to conduct transactions with one MasterCard card amounting to USD 15 and more. Such transactions may include the payment for goods/services in the terminals of trade and service enterprises or on the Internet.

To participate in the drawing of the Grand Prize, it is necessary from the very beginning of the Campaign to make transactions in the amount of USD 100 or more using one MasterCard card. Such transactions may include the payment for goods/services in the terminals of trade and service enterprises or on the Internet.

The Campaign does not suppose the transactions for converting and withdrawing cash via ATMs and terminals.

The winners of all draws during the Campaign will be selected randomly via Random.org service during online broadcasting among the participants from the list of individuals who have fulfilled the conditions of the competition.

Monthly prizes for 3 months:

  • 1st place - a gift certificate for the purchase of gold jewelry (FONON) in the amount of UZS 15,000,000.00;

  • 2nd place - a gift certificate for the purchase of gold jewelry (FONON) in the amount of UZS 10,000,000.00;

  • 3rd place - a gift certificate for the purchase of gold jewelry (FONON) in the amount of UZS 5,000,000.00;

At the end of the Campaign, the competition for the Grand Prize – a Gold Bar (50 g.) will take place.

The Bank will inform on the Campaign, drawings dates (valuable prizes, the Grand Prize) by posting respective information on its official website: www.nbu.uz and other official information channels (Telegram, Facebook, Instagram).

You can order all cards in national and foreign currency remotely using the Milliy App.
  • If you have forgotten your card PIN, please come with your identity document to the bank where the card was opened.
  • If you the card (UzCard/HUMO) is lost, you can block it yourself using the Milliy Bank App or call (78) 148-00 10 and ask the operators to block the card.
The identification procedure is carried out remotely, directly in the Milliy application itself. Users of the Milliy Mobile App can receive transfers from Russia using the Sberbank Online service to an electronic wallet in national currency, to an UzCard or HUMO card of the NBU.

The transfer is made in rubles. Upon receipt on an electronic wallet or card, it is automatically converted into UZS. No additional fees are charged.
