Purchase of an apartment on the primary market

Source of financing

Funds of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Bank's own funds

Loan term

  • up to 20 years, with a grace period of up to 24 months

Down payment*

  • For salaried clients - at least 15% of the property value.

  • Standard conditions - not less than 25% of the property value

  • For clients without official income - at least 40%

Interest rate

  • Part of the loan up to 420 million soums - interest rate from 17% to 17.5% per annum

  • Amount exceeding the specified limit - rate from 24% to 25% per annum

Loan amount

  • In other regions - up to 700 million soums.

  • In Tashkent city - up to 1 billion soums

The bank offers a combined mortgage (benefit + standard programs).

The weighted average rate shows the average interest rate on the loan.

  • Passport/ID card

  • Certificate of income of the borrower and co-borrower (if necessary)

  • Contract signed with a construction contractor for the purchase of housing on the primary market

  • The loan is issued to citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan, from 18 to 60 years old
