Chief Specialist in the Department for Consumer Protection of Banking Services and Quality of Service of the Head Office (Business Analyst for Targeted Advertising of Products and Services)
The analysis of primary audience: description of the customer portrait (PA), determination of its interests, and significant triggers for deciding on the purchase of bank's products;
building of CJM, drafting of recommendations on the increase of customer satisfaction at each point of contact;
Obtaining of information on the customers of products and services, including optimization and updating of methods for collecting data for efficiency and accuracy; including improvement of the analytical infrastructure: tools, processes, techniques, etc.
Determination and coordination of setting and monitoring of retargeting/targeting advertising for the PA by products and services.
Drafting of recommendations fo the development of products and services.
Development of proposals for the initiation and holding of campaigns in social networks, promotions and competitions to attract and expand the Primary Audience. Planning of online promotion.
Analysis of SMM statistics and Online promotion in web resources and social networks (Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Monitoring for execution of activities and their acceptance with counterparties, including for their development and implementation.
Real time analysis of the current marketing campaign (s), in particular, review of sales progress, its compliance with planned indicators, review of the reasons for the deviation of the sales progress, as well as relevant adjustments.
Knowledge and skills
Skilled in marketing, online advertising and PR;
Skilled in methods and practical use of tools working with lots of data;
Skilled in planning and evaluation of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns;
Skilled in preparation and holding of presentations, speeches;
Skilled in reputation management;
Customer database investigation, including methods and tools for working with lots of data;
Preparation of Power Point presentations according to the results of analysis;
Analysis and identification of tactical audience capture channels;
Analysis of the Bank's web resources, including the official website, drafting of recommendations for their modernization, monitoring of relevance of information on the official website.

Working hours: 5/2, 9:00 a.m. - 18:00 p.m.
