Internal Communications Manager, HR Department

Duties:

  • Development and raising of awareness of employees and outside audience on the Bank's activity and new strategy;
  • Establishment of conciliatory regulations between employees and the bank, development of corporate culture;
  • Enhancement of the involvement of bank employees in the initiatives and projects within the new strategy;
  • Participation in the development and implementation of the bank's internal communication strategy;
  • Development and implementation of an internal communication plan;
  • Development and promotion of the EVP and HR brand to increase the attractiveness of the NBU as an employer;
  • Monitoring of the mention of the corporate brand, brand improvement;
  • Development of content for communication together with the Bank's operational departments;
  • Correction of articles, interviews, news, video scripts;
  • Measurement of awareness and involvement, development of measures to improve them;
  • Collection of a feedback from employees and their work out;
  • Organizing and holding of HR events;
  • Specifications:

  • Higher education (industry-specific education, i.e. personnel management, marketing, PR, journalism, is preferable)
  • Perfect Russian, Uzbek (English is advantageous)
  • Computer skills - advanced user: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • 2 years of experience in internal HR communications or marketing;
  • Skills in working with social networks, corporate portal, messengers, online surveys;
  • Proficiency in work planning and tasks execution monitoring;
  • Skills in communication risks analysis, comprehensive situation break up, managerial skills, creative thinking, well-developed communication skills;
  • Ability to create modern presentations and visualize data;
  • Good writing skills for various intended readers;
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, skills in the definition of a mission for developers/copywriters.
